Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit flowsea.men and when you buy and download BayFlow. Our mobile apps have their own privacy policies, linked in the footer.
1. Who we are
flowSEA.MEN and BayFlow are run by Petro Tsapenko, a private individual resident in Ukraine. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].
2. Visiting this website
This website is a static site hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site. Your theme choice is stored only in your own browser (local storage). We don't use advertising cookies.
3. Analytics (PostHog)
The site may use PostHog to collect aggregate usage statistics, such as which pages are visited, browser type and approximate country. We use this only to improve the site. We don't sell this data or use it for advertising.
4. Buying BayFlow (Paddle)
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for BayFlow orders. Paddle processes your order, payment, taxes, receipts and refunds, and collects the details needed for that (such as your name, email address, country and payment details) under its own privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy. From Paddle we receive your email address, country and order details (such as order number, product and date). We never receive your full card details.
5. Delivering your download (Cloudflare and Resend)
To send you BayFlow and future updates, we keep a purchase record with your email address, Paddle customer and order IDs, purchase date, the date your updates run until, and the order status (for example refunded). This record and the BayFlow installer files are stored with Cloudflare, which also generates and checks your expiring download links. Download emails are sent through Resend, which receives your email address and the content of the message.
6. The BayFlow app
BayFlow processes your files locally on your computer. It does not upload your EDI files, stowage plans, cargo data or settings to us or anyone else. If it checks for updates, it only requests public version information and sends no personal data or file contents.
7. How long we keep data
We keep purchase records for as long as you may need downloads and updates, and as long as tax and accounting laws require. Paddle keeps its own records under its policy.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Some data must be kept to meet legal obligations. To make a request, email [email protected]. For payment data, you can also contact Paddle.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated.
